Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping
USA and Canada shipping available
International order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Real De 1950 Mezcal is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@mezcalrealde1950.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For more information on returns and refunds please have a look at our refund policy.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or any delays caused by the carrier. We strongly recommend that you provide a secure shipping address to ensure the safe delivery of your package.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@mezcalrealde1950.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
SHOPPING FOR MEZCAL & FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
Please be advised that order payment processing and order fulfillment of alcohol sales are facilitated through a 3rd party retailer.
NOTE: ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT (21 YEARS OR OLDER) SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!
Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address and date that will allow someone 21 years or older to be available in person to sign for the package, and by keeping a valid form of ID on hand.
Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at home to receive your mezcal during normal business hours, we recommend having it shipped to your place of work, or opting to have your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, packages are returned to the 3rd party fulfillment center, and orders are automatically cancelled and refunded.
Mezcal will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Real De 1950 Mezcal assumes no liability for mezcal damaged due to poor weather during transport or delayed delivery. Please check weather conditions prior to order and ensure that someone will be available to receive the mezcal upon delivery. The most frequent cause of damaged mezcal is due to multiple delivery attempts. Please monitor your package tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
Mezcal Real De 1950 – Joven and Reposado are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
